As their leader, you must lead your fleet through the mysterious and dangerous dunes of Khrarak to the victory. The story of Homeworld: Deserst of Kharak takes place in vast dunes of Kharak where danger lurks behind every corner. In this gigantic desert planet, you will meet Kushanpeople. They were exiled from their homeland 106 before the events of Homeworld took place. As the once-vivid planet Kharak is dying, the desert is growing bigger and bigger each day. That is why, exiled Kushan clans often find themselves in a position where they need to fight each other in order to gain access to the resources they desperately need in order to survive in the cruel desert. One day, a satellite discovers an object that causes an anomaly in the Great Banded Desert. In order to gather detailed information about the anomaly and its cause, an expedition team had been appointed to the Great Banded Desert but soon after they were sent, they had gone missing. It is your duty to join the second expedition team and resolve this mystery.
