Highly anticipated sequel to the instant hit Overlord is here! Triumph Studios and Codemasters proudly announce the Overlord II! In this sequel, the fan favourite features and highly appreciated, critically acclaimed game mechanics are kept. The player controls the main character, Overlord, from a third-person perspective. In Overlord II, we see the glorious return of mad minions and their twisted, powerful, unpredictable, dark master. Overlord II takes over a generation after the events of the previous game. The first game’s overlord is now the almighty and powerful master of the Abyss. When the old overlord disappeared, the Tower Heart was terribly fragmented. This triggered an unprecedented catastrophe and demolished a huge part of the realm. Moreover, the destruction of Tower Heart also triggered a magical plague. The ones that are fortunate enough to survive this plague escaped to new lands. One of the survivors, the Overlord’s mistress, gave birth to a child as they arrive at the new land. The Overlord and his mother, the mistress, live in a mountain village together. As you might have already guessed, the hero of Overlord II is this young Overlord who will soon embark on a breath taking journey where he will mature and learn a great deal about being an overlord.
