Our protagonist Dante is a young man who lacks the respect for authority or the society. He has a problem with authority figures and strict rules, which imminently makes him an outcast. Moreover, Dante is aware of the fact that he is not a human, but also he cannot be a demon as he has been tortured by many of them all his life. He feels like he is in the limbo between two worlds, belonging to neither one of them. In DmC Devil May Cry, you will learn more about who Dante is and also you will meet his brother, Vergil.
