Alekhine’s Gun takes place in the 1960s, in the midst of the Cold War. As tensions between Russia and the U.S. are at an all-time high, you play as Agent Alekhine, a soviet assassin recruited by the CIA to unravel a global conspiracy. Set in various locations around the world, including Cuba, the United States and Europe, Alekhine must use numerous stealth tactics to root out the truth and eliminate key conspirators before a nuclear standoff becomes nuclear war.
The game features 11 vast, open levels, freedom to move and play as you wish, advanced stealth weapons and manoeuvres and multiple challenging missions. Played against a historical narrative, Alekhine’s Gun is unique in that it also features elements of mid-century film-noir storytelling, creating an atmosphere of intrigue and high-stakes espionage.
